Our Story

Sir Smoke A Lot's got its start as the name of my competition team when I started competing in KCBS contests.

After a few years, I transitioned into creating a part time business venture where I would cook for catered parties and vend at local events.

After a few more years, I left my IT career to work out of my barbecue trailer seasonally setting up a different locations in the area.

After 6 years, we moved into our first store front. This was a VERY small location in the same parking lot as Swank's Meats. After 4 years, we moved into our current location. I would love the opportunity to treat you to some AWARD WINNING BARBECUE either at our new location at 510 South Washington St in St. Croix Falls or at one of the many events we can be found at throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
